Relationship Systems Work ("RSW," "we," "us"), a brand of Adriana Normand LLC, provides structured framework coaching programs, digital tools, and educational resources designed to help individuals navigate conflict patterns and household responsibility dynamics in marriage.

All services are provided by Adriana Normand, Founder and Marriage Systems Architect, operating under Adriana Normand LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as Relationship Systems Work.
RSW services are framework-based coaching and educational programs. They are designed for individuals who are functioning and seeking structured, systems-based tools for navigating conflict and household responsibility dynamics.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, active abuse, or require licensed clinical support, please seek licensed professional help immediately. RSW services are not a substitute for mental health care.
By enrolling in any RSW program or purchasing any RSW product, you acknowledge and agree that you understand this distinction.
Full Payment (Lump Sum): Full payment is due and processed before Session 1 commences. Sessions will not be scheduled until payment is confirmed.
Monthly Payment Plan (12-Session Program only): Where offered, monthly payment plans are structured as 4 equal installments charged automatically to the card on file on the same calendar date each month. Enrollment in a payment plan constitutes authorization for all scheduled charges.
Failed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails, RSW will notify the client by email. The client has 5 business days to resolve the failed payment. Failure to resolve a failed payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. RSW does not store payment card information.
RSW Coaching is a structured, commitment-based program. The non-refundable payment structure exists to hold clients accountable to the work and to reflect the preparation, materials, and time invested on behalf of each enrolled client prior to and throughout the program. This applies regardless of change of mind, inability to attend sessions, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or relationship status changes during the program.
Digital products (including the Responsibility Reset) are non-refundable upon download or access.
Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice via email to admin@relationshipsystemswork.com. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and counted as a used session.
No-Shows: If a Client does not attend a scheduled session without advance notice, the session will be forfeited and counted as a used session. RSW is not obligated to provide a replacement session for no-shows.
Session Expiration: All sessions must be used within the program window (16 weeks for the 8-session program; 20 weeks for the 12-session program). Sessions not used within the applicable window expire and are forfeited without refund.
RSW treats all client information, session content, and program participation as strictly confidential. Adriana Normand will not disclose identifying information about any client to any third party without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Clients are expected to maintain discretion regarding the content of their sessions. Clients may share their own experience publicly but may not disclose details shared by Adriana about other clients, program participants, or third parties.
Program participants should be aware that RSW may reference anonymized, non-identifying patterns or themes from coaching work in content, frameworks, or educational materials. No identifying information will be used without explicit consent.
RSW Coaching requires active participation from the client. This includes completing intake materials, attending scheduled sessions, and completing between-session homework actions.
RSW reserves the right to terminate or suspend services without refund if a client:
All RSW frameworks, methodologies, documents, scripts, worksheets, program materials, and content — including the CLEAR Methodology, the Responsibility Reset, all session artifacts, and all written, audio, or visual materials — are the intellectual property of Adriana Normand LLC, doing business as Relationship Systems Work.
Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for their own individual use. No RSW materials may be shared, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used in any commercial capacity without the express written permission of RSW.
RSW and Adriana Normand shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in any RSW program or use of any RSW product.
Results from RSW programs vary by individual. RSW does not guarantee specific outcomes, relationship results, or any particular resolution to any conflict or situation. The frameworks provided are tools — their effectiveness depends on the client's application and circumstances.
In no event shall RSW's total liability to any client exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific program or product in question.
Either party may terminate the coaching engagement at any time. Client-initiated termination does not entitle the client to a refund of any amounts paid. RSW-initiated termination for cause (as described in Section 6) also does not entitle the client to a refund.
In the event RSW must terminate the engagement for reasons not related to client conduct (e.g., Adriana Normand is unable to continue due to health or other extraordinary circumstance), RSW will make reasonable efforts to provide a prorated credit or referral to an appropriate alternative provider.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall first be submitted to mediation before any legal action is initiated. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County, State of California.
By enrolling in any RSW program or purchasing any RSW product, you agree to these terms in full.
